The Arabic alphabet has a second order, and it is a string of nonsense words.
Abjad, hawwaz, hutti, kalaman, safas, qarashat, thakhadh, dazagh. Eight words that mean nothing in any language, and between them every letter appears exactly once, in the order it counts. The first word is 1, 2, 3, 4. Kalaman is 20, 30, 40, 50. The last word is 800, 900 and 1000.

Schoolchildren learned the values by learning the sounds, which is why the whole system is named after its first nonsense word. Modern Arabic dictionaries do not use this order at all. They use hija'i order, which groups the letters by shape, so the counting order now survives only as a fossil, carried by a rhyme, inside a language that reordered its own alphabet centuries ago.
