Tom Cruise is still one of Hollywood’s biggest stars. But ‘Digger’s’ disastrous opening raises a tougher question: Can he actually open a movie without ‘Mission: Impossible’ or ‘Top Gun’?

tom can open like or better than brad. But the movie has to have a hook.

Just make a better movie. Digger sucks. Not a fun topic. Boring narrative. Tom was good in it, but it's a blah movie 🤷🏻‍♂️

Brain dead to suggest he can't open a non IP film based on one example where he's not even recognisable

Who can? That model has changed because streamers changed how content is consumed and we allowed the shift to happen.
