I would disagree. In my opinion I think it’s one of the most entertaining superhero movies of all time. Amazing action, hilarious comedy, great storyline/plot/dialogue. Easy 8.5/10 in its genre. Not one of the best, but one of the most fun for sure. Probably in my top 10 superhero movies.

I agree with everything except that's also the same score I'd give to Batman Begins. Yes, the origin story and quotes are great, but the rest really isn't imo

​@kirkwarburton2277 istg the Production in that 1978 superman movie makes current movies look ass. Like they actually showed the destruction of krypton much better than Man of Steel did. I dont even feel the 3hrs when watching that movie, it felt so short somehow.

Id go far as to say its a better comic book movie than The Dark Knight. As an overall movie its fair to say the dark knight is better but Superman 1978 managed to explain a full origin and the rise of superman and his love interest all compellingly in just 3 hours

I was actually surprised it didn’t make the list. In terms of DC and a good film, watchmen is easily the best on the list. Starting to think they haven’t seen it because one of them put suicide squad in the list and there’s no way you’ve seen both and think suicide squad is a better film. It’s a great film, just nothing like watchmen.

THE BATMAN 2022 movie in my opinion is the best live action batman movie, it has less action but it's beutiful, i recommend it to you only if you have patience cause the movie is a slow burn type movie

Nah but they hype it up so much for it to be just mid😭🥀.I agree with hat guy this time the movie is 7/10 at best and batman begins is 10x better than the batman even tho i love alot things about the batman like he pattinson is a better batman than bale,the atmosphere of the movie is better but still the nolan once are just better.

​@PeterDeSiraBecause comic purists (correctly) assert that Snyder's glorification of violence contradicts the point of the book. And I emphasize, GLORIFICATION of violence, not merely its inclusion. The comic has violence, but it's meant to be horrific, not stylized. Personally, I don't think this ruins it because the comic is so accurately adapted frame by frame that the book ultimately comes across, despite Snyder's misunderstanding of the material. It's one of my favourites personally, but that's the main reason people don't like it. Many also don't like that he changed the ending, though I disagree entirely.

DC stands for Detective Comics. Batman’s best stories are the ones that are heavily mystery noir based, Pattinson is the first in live action to actually give us this, yet people like you have a problem with that😭I don’t get it. Easily best live action Batman film

@conradkorbol call me crazy, but the dark knight was the only good movie in that trilogy and it’s only because Heath Ledger gave the performance of a lifetime! Without him that one would’ve been bad too 😬

It's a good movie I honestly prefer it over the dark knight it's in my top 3 with Batman returns and the Batman
