0 مشاهدة · 2026/10/09
Some discoveries are hiding in plain sight. 🎞️👀
Listen as Mildred Howard narrates rediscovered 8mm films she shot as a teenager in 1959, capturing a road trip from Oakland to Galveston, family gatherings, classmates at Willard Junior High, and everyday life in Berkeley.
These never-before-seen films are now part of "Moving Stills", a new installation at OMCA exploring memory, family, and the everyday moments that shape us.
See this work in "Mildred Howard: Poetics of Memory" before the exhibition closes October 18! 🎟️ Plan your visit at museumca.org
