During an interview, the interviewer asked him an interesting question — being someone with such a large property portfolio, was it really necessary for him to perform such a difficult and uncomfortable scene?

He said that if director Siva Nirvana had asked him to do an even more challenging scene, he would have done it because he has been in the industry for around 18 years but had not received many proper opportunities in movies.
When Siva Nirvana gave him the opportunity in Irumudi, Komaram decided that he would give everything to the character and do whatever the role demanded.
He also made it clear that he never wanted to limit himself to only particular types of roles or scenes. For him, getting a genuine acting opportunity was more important, and he wanted to prove himself whenever a director trusted him with a character.
🔥 This is what makes Komaram’s story interesting — despite having achieved financial success outside cinema, his passion for acting is still strong, and he was willing to go far outside his usual comfort zone for a role.
