مَنْ هَذَا؟ — man hādhā? — Who is this?
هَذَا أَبِي، وَهَذِهِ أُمِّي. — hādhā abī, wa-hādhihi ummī. — This is my father, and this is my mother.
وَمَنْ هَذَا؟ — wa-man hādhā? — And who is this?
هَذَا أَخِي، وَهَذِهِ أُخْتِي. — hādhā akhī, wa-hādhihi ukhtī. — This is my brother, and this is my sister.
💡 هَذَا (hādhā) points to a masculine person or thing, هَذِهِ (hādhihi) to a feminine one.
