Partial results from Israel's election show neither Benjamin Netanyahu's bloc nor Gadi Eisenkot's bloc reaching the 61 seats needed to govern, while Arab-led parties head for a record 19 seats after the highest turnout in more than two decades. Figures are partial and may change as absentee ballots are counted.
