The Bat Would've Used His Bat-Shurikens / Bat-Stars typically forged from razor-
sharp carbon steel or
hardened polymers by slicing the tubes to instantly deplete Bane's strength.
The Bat is Way Too Smart To Just Stand Their (with his Utility Belt) and watch Bane "HULK UP" with the venom juice. C'mon man, The Bat uses his smarts to cut / slice the lines made of
rubber or plastic hoses.
I Am Not Glazing, Just Stating Facts. If the writers would've had Bane with tubes made of a very solid Titanium now we have a conversation.
