well i would assume knowing how something works and being able to do it are different things. i know what justin bieber sounds like, just not how to sing like him.

Chinese is a phonetic language so the word for mother and horse in chinese is ma but depending on annunciation its an either or which is why its hard mandarin is a dialect of chinese
