Kursk (2018)
A Russian sub is torn apart by a torpedo blast. A few sailors survive under a lieutenant as oxygen runs out. Rescue is delayed while commanders refuse foreign help to protect secrets. By the time divers reach them, hope is gone.

The Russians knew men were still alive but putins arrogance’s killed them. The US had a recover sub on stand by but Russia refused so all those men died for no reason

Dude, get you facts straight. U.S. had no part in the rescue attempt. None were offered. Soviets refused help initially, but when their own attempts failed repeatedly, that let the British try. Brits failed as well. By the time Norwegian divers got to the sub nearly two weeks later, everyone was already dead. This movie takes alot of liberties with facts, but it is entertaining.
