Obsession Movie Review

From the #1 Survival Podcast in Goodpods top 100 monthly chart. Spoiler warning for the movie Obsession. If you haven't seen it yet, go watch it first! This review covers plot points, so proceed with caution or listen along. Download Will You Survive: Obsession wherever you get podcasts.

Becoming obsessively fixated on a single person, goal, or idea is a common psychological trap in high-stress survival situations. Tunnel vision like that can cause people to ignore changing threats, overlook better options, or take unnecessary risks. Effective survivors deliberately practice flexible thinking—regularly reassessing the situation, staying open to new information, and avoiding emotional lock-in—so they can adapt instead of doubling down on one “obsession.”
