You can't tell me the guards outside of the Danny Ocean beatdown room wouldn't go into the room immediately after the power kicks back on. They also did a bad job letting us hear through the door...Bruiser couldn't sneeze without the guards hearing him. .

That’s because it’s a PG rated movie. If they make Danny Ocean bloody… Then it’s a 14A or possibly an R rated movie.
There are guidelines to follow to get the rating you’re looking for when making a movie.
It’s why a lot of deaths in movies are off screen. Because it saves the viewer the Gore and therefore receives a different rating.

The sounds sure, except IMO we are hearing the sounds from inside, which is a editing technique where you introduce the sound of the next scene before you see it
For the vault microphone or audio sensor
Given the privacy of their clients 0 mics are present, same as in tenant where the cameras were only in the passages and entrances
There would have been sensors more in the walls than inside, or for the door... but either way they had shut off the power with the EMP so systems could be in their default state
As for the descenders, EMP mainly affects what was on. The remote for the explosives had batteries, they too could have the same or have been designed for the EMP...

Yeah, the thing is, they give the duffle bags with the X's before the gang shows up with the SWAT gear and other bags, the footage of them chilling, I have a better explanation, the bags were already stashed somewhere in the vents and left in the elevator for later, the recording of them chilling with the X bags on the camera is pre-recorded, you can see the Bellagio logo is not in the black tile at 0:18 in this very video.

I have an explanation for the bags, they were already stashed somewhere in the vents and left in the elevator for later, no point in showing a shot of them cuz then it spoils the twist, the recording of them chilling with the X bags on the camera is pre-recorded, you can see the Bellagio logo is not in the black tile at 0:18 in this very video, then also in this video at 0:30 you can see the Bellagio logo in the tile, but Livingston just spliced that in, that's before anything even happened in the vault, then in a split second you again see the pre-recorded video at there own mock-up of the vault, the truth is the whole movie is a plot hole, but it's just so much damn fun!

The biggest problem with this movie and in fact most heist moves is the weight. In Ocean's 11 they steal 160 million dollars. In 100 dollar bills that's about 3500 lbs. There's 11 of them. So each person is responsible for carrying about 318 lbs. They each carry 2 bags so that's about 159 lbs in each bag. They're shown carrying the bags single handed. I don't know anybody who can do that let alone for the distance they supposedly go.

Ocean Thirteen is even more ridiculous, especially with those giant subterranean drills they bring into the city and no one knows or questions it, not mention not getting detected by seismographs stations, which are present in Las Vegas. The characters in these movies are allowed to do anything they want that serves their plans, without any issues at all.
