My first thought was the original Friday the 13th movie. set in mid 1979 i think which is modern enough to not cause issues but before much better recordkeeping and electronics. i could just not go near the lake and im good. grab a job for cash in hand at a diner or manual labor, request a birth certificate of an infant that died near my age, use that to get a new social security card and ID, using food pantries and shelters in the mean time, get a normal job after. hell in 3 years i might be able to have bought a house and car already and be living better then most people nowadays.

Honestly any Star Trek movie. Earth is a paradise, and an established location, where all your needs are met without need for money, and most of the action takes place lightyears away. I'd go with Star Trek II, going into III as it's a fairly narrow timeframe, and chances are the average person on Earth won't even know that Khan tried to steal the Genesis device, or Doc Brown killed Kirk's son, let alone be affected by it if I let events play out as they do in the films. If three years is still going on by the time of Star Trek IV, we will be in the firing line for the Whale probe, but Kirk still saves the day in the end so I'd end up fine.
