I’ll never understand what possessed them to tell everyone, that they’re orders “aren’t really important.” That displays a true lack of understanding general business practices. The other mystery, is “this isn’t some money-making operation…” HUH? So, it’s a non-profit charity? They charge wholesale, making no profit? Just weird, and doesn’t exactly inspire confidence in them, going forward.

That post about it is not a matter of if you will get your order but when, is bullshit. They are counting on you to wait, oh I will get it eventually. Nope. Please don't cancel your order.......so they can scam you.
If you have any outstanding orders with them, do a charge dispute with your bank or you will get ripped off. Guaranteed.

They also had a bunch of fake facebook recommendations on how great and fast the shipping is, just so they can get more orders to rip off more people off.

Garret, there is no limit. Even if paypal has been past the 180 days, you can still do it with your bank. Get on it or you will get ripped off.

I got my refund in 3 days after disputing my charge. It was over 6 months since i had ordered. It simply comes down to them having to prove they shipped the item already or the refund is forced on them. It is not hard.

I don't want to add to anyone's panic, but based on the signs I'd be worried. I went through this with a store called "Horror Movie Empire" back in the day. I had bought from them before and I even knew the owner through conventions so I trusted them. First they had "logistical problems" and orders were delayed, but they promised they'd come through with everyone's order and continued selling new products. Then they very quietly went out of business. The owner was a shitbag named Demetrious. He had a baby while all of this was happening and was scared about the financial hole he was digging himself into so he took the money and ran. I was told he wouldn't even go to conventions as a fan anymore because people were sending him death threats over this. I never got my money back or my stuff. But I will say, when I saw multiple youtubers I've never even hearding off really pushing The Movie Room I took that as a sign never to use that store.

Got lucky with a first order earlier this year and they had the two Imprint John Woo movie sets I wanted, decided to throw in Falling Down 4K which was preorder and now 3 months later no update, 4 emails ignored and owner is speaking to Steelbook Obsessed stating they are basically a Ponzi scheme. Any advice for dealing with Shop/Affirm they have asked me 3 times to upload supporting docs.
