I’d say continue the TFP show, make RID not canon and switch back to the TFP animation we all know and love.

And keep Optimus dead, but make him a guide to the rest of Team Prime.

Spend like 1 or 2 episodes on Cybertron, give a more detailed reason why to return to Earth, and make Starscream the main villain again for the entire show.

Have Jack, Raf and Miko be in their adult years, show that time has passed.

Have Megatron somehow join the autobots after his exile.

The novelty of TF live action has passed. So, I have little faith that a TF/GI Joe cross over would be well written. Plus, it would no doubt make GI Joe the saviour of the day over the Autobots. But, realisitcally, of the 2 IPs, TF still has potential on the big screen. GI Joe, I don't see it. What GI Joe IP has been out there in the past decade? They had the Snake Eyes movie with Henry Goulding that performed poorly. Nothing on tv/web series like TF has had.
Better off not to sacrifice the TF IP to try to revive the GI Joe IP.

A Transformers/Fast Furious crossover would be a FEAST, regardless. I imagine there'd be a scene where Vin Diesel is driving Optimus in truck form and then Optimus transforms back and Vin's still inside him like a mech suit and they both talk about Freedom and Family LOL.

@2007cyber yeah i agreed i like g1 but they should taking risk on other Transformers media such a unicron trilogy toy and they should not make a retool like tfa Ratchet & Hasbro doesn't give a f*ck about power rangers atp they should sell power rangers to legendary studio. Also They should prioritize Tv show again with A Darker tone like Tfp or Revive Tfa to make more money than g1 Nostalgia slop.
