How was the film, much different in the new version?
👍 12026/10/03
@timdlugos4982YouTube
@GaryCameron-z2oI agree. A buddy of mine moved recently and sold most of his stuff cause he was moving into a smaller place and sold his 400+ CD's. Unbeknownst to me, he sold them to some local shop. I would have gladly bought them for a greater profit than he got from the store he sold them to.

@GaryCameron-z2o Thanks Gary, I can imagine, I saw it when it came out originally in the cinema/theatre, I've seen a few MCU films that way. I shall have to go and see it myself.

Never mind the PAPER!!! Humidity leads to oxidation leads to destruction of reflective layer (atomic-thin aluminum!), leads to: unwatchable/unusable discs! THAT is much more of a danger than the, silly, "paper!" Oh, yeah.

This was what worried me.
I wasn’t sure it would be a problem, but I didn’t feel it was a good thing.
When it comes to ‘everyday’ items I use the theory that we use for guitars and similar musical instruments: if you feel uncomfortable in the temperature and humidity, it’s not ideal for the instrument either.
👍 12026/10/04
@SonicProfessor_a.k.a._T._AndraYouTube
@sean---the-other-one That's a fair assumption, except that: the human body is INCREDIBLY temperature-sensitive! Most people NEVER realize (nor CARE to realize/comprehend!) quite how hard the human body, CONSTANTLY, works to maintain that "central temperature" [98.6º ...or 97.6 , or wherever one's, personal, core temperature lies, individually...].
It's a primary use of energy, constantly (within the body.—Heating and cooling!)
...It's why a few degrees either way (internally) can cause severe "errors" or compensatory responses ! and why fevers (while, also, helpful!) can be SO dangerous!!, et al.!
For objects: its the materials they are composed of and how each responds to, both: heat (gain or loss of) and moisture changes/alterations! ...plus: chemical interactions which those may encourage, retard, or affect.
In fact, as far as instruments: its not that much "their constant environment" –the materials, usually, bend to that (within reason) ...or can– it is constant, or rapid changes in temperature which will damage/cause 'issues' and/or problems (just as: it will in the human body –although the healthy body possesses control mechanisms and parameters, designed to help adjust to rapid, but 'a measurable extremity' of: "drastic," temperature shifts
—This also goes into things like: Why Saunas are healthy and useful (besides loosening dead and oily skin and things in pores 😛) and why the shocking "rapid temperature drop/raise" mechanism of: sauna temps. and cold water, etc., actually, are assistive and developmentally healthful (while they couldn't be tolerated constantly, for days or weeks on end!) 🤷🤷) ....
—But: pretty fascinating in numerous ways, regardless. 👍

With all due respect STFU. Not everything is available on physical media and bonus features and directors commentary and behind-the-scenes features aren’t always available either. A physical collection lets you decide what you wanna watch when you wanna watch it without having to worry which service it is streaming on or if it is streaming at all. It’s a true movie lovers duty to have a physical collection so, to reiterate, STFUYFH. #dvds4ever

That was a lot, but much of it, whilst interesting or common knowledge, obfuscates what I’m saying. So thanks for the comment, but my comment still stands.
A guitar in a draughty location will have issues that would be far less likely if not placed in a draughty location. The analogy holds - if you wouldn’t feel comfortable in a draught, don’t place a guitar in a draught.
If you’d feel uncomfortable in a sauna (and while we can enjoy a sauna it’s not most people’s idea of the ideal room environment), don’t put a violin in a sauna.
If you’d feel uncomfortable in a room where it’s a decent temperature but occasionally the sun streams in and warms you a large amount, don’t put a piano in that same location.
Don’t want to leave kids or pets in your parked car because it’s snowing outside or a hot summer’s day? Don’t leave your ‘62 Fender Stratocaster in the car either.
So, to say again more clearly, with general objects I wouldn’t expect to see in a freezer, I wouldn’t put them in a freezer. Perhaps they’d be ok, but for the sake of a YouTube Reel I wouldn’t be placing my video collection in a damp frozen location.

Love seeing Team America there, but disappointed because that means we won't get a first time reaction video of it.
Also love your music choice for this. I'd like to suggest you check out a cover of Enter Sandman that was on Metallica's Black Album 30th anniversary remaster called The Blacklist. It was reimagined by a Mexican hard rock trio (all sisters) called The Warning, with Alessia Cara contributing vocals. The Warning has 4 versions of this song on their YouTube channel - their original viral cover when they were 9, 12 and 14 years old, their official music video of the reimagined cover, and 2 incredible live performances.
