Avengers: Endgame is my all-time favorite Marvel movie. I saw the movie in theaters again, and 7 years later, it's still ABSOLUTE PEAK. My theater still went crazy when Avengers, Assemble happened. The movie did the impossible task of bringing together 11 years and 22 movies of storytelling while giving quieter, raw moments for the main characters, and it delivered with immense weight. Don't get me wrong, Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars can be great in their own right. But literally nothing can top Endgame's emotional payoff. I mean, for the Infinity Saga, we knew who the main characters were. We experienced the journey with them. We saw Tony Stark grow from a selfish billionaire to a hero willing to sacrifice his own life for the universe. We don't have that for the Multiverse Saga, mainly because most of Phases 4 and 5 have been filler. I still hope Doomsday and Secret Wars are at least good tho, cuz credit where credit is due, RDJ's Doctor Doom is pretty comic-accurate.
