Why Is Jesus Speaking Arabic in the Quran? 🤔 | Dr. Shadee's Epic Reply
59 views · 2026/10/04
A Christian apologist asks: If Jesus spoke Aramaic, why does the Quran quote him in Arabic? 🤔 Dr. Shadee delivers a brilliant and logical reply that dismantles this argument completely.
The issue isn't the language. The issue is the translator. If human translators are susceptible to error, interpretation, and alteration, their translations cannot be equal to the Word of God. But when God Himself is the translator, the language becomes irrelevant.
He concludes: "A five-year-old could tell you that the difference is the translator. When God is the translator, it doesn't matter what language it is in."

You say it's just 'blind belief.' But the Quran was memorized and written down during the Prophet's lifetime, and copies were sent to different regions within 20 years. The Birmingham manuscript (radiocarbon dated to the Prophet's era) matches today's text. That's not blind belief—that's historical continuity.
And here's my counter-question: If you demand evidence for the Quran, where is the original manuscript of the Bible? The earliest complete Bible manuscripts are from the 4th century (Codex Sinaiticus, Codex Vaticanus)—hundreds of years after Jesus (PBUH). And they differ from each other. So before you ask me to prove the Quran, prove your own book first. The burden of proof is on both of us.
I'm happy to discuss with evidence, not insults. But if you just want to mock, that's not a debate.
