Don't Be a Menace is the funniest film from the Wayans brothers, and I am here to prove why it beats every Scary Movie franchise entry.

While the Scary Movie franchise had its moments, it never quite captured the sharp, satirical edge of the Wayans brothers' earlier work. This video breaks down how Don't Be a Menace perfectly parodied hood movie clichés with a level of commitment to absurdity that modern spoofs just cannot replicate.

I'll examine why this cult classic remains the gold standard for comedy movies of the 90s. By contrasting the specific humor and cultural commentary found in this film against the broader, often repetitive gags of later spoof movies, we show why the Wayans' original vision still hits harder today.

Tell me in the comments if you think any other parody film finally knocked this one off the throne.
