Once You Notice This, the Entire Movie Feels Different | Tomorrowland (2015)

This scene features Casey Newton (played by Britt Robertson) from the 2015 sci-fi film Tomorrowland. In this particular moment, Casey approaches the farm of the reclusive inventor Frank Walker (George Clooney) and is suddenly confronted by a fierce-looking guard dog on a chain.
However, the aggressive animal turns out to be an illusion. Casey quickly realizes something is amiss because the dog leaves no footprints in the dirt. When she reaches out to touch it, her hand passes completely through its body, revealing that the guard dog is actually a high-tech holographic projection [1] designed to scare off intruders. During filming, the actress had to perform the interaction with empty air, which was later enhanced with CGI in post-production.
