The Prince of Egypt is a timeless biblical epic that tells the powerful story of Moses, his journey of faith, and God's miraculous deliverance of the Israelites from slavery in Egypt.
Raised as a prince, Moses discovers his Hebrew heritage and eventually answers God's calling to lead his people toward freedom. Through trials, sacrifice, and seemingly impossible circumstances, his story reminds us that God's power is greater than every earthly kingdom.

Why does Moses take so many years to reach the promise land when if he was guided by got he could reach it within few months even if he were to go by foot
2. They were wandering then God guided them 🙏.
““Then we turned around and headed back across the wilderness toward the Red Sea, just as the LORD had instructed me, and we wandered around in the region of Mount Seir for a long time. “Then at last the LORD said to me, ‘You have been wandering around in this hill country long enough; turn to the north. Give these orders to the people: “You will pass through the country belonging to your relatives the Edomites, the descendants of Esau, who live in Seir. The Edomites will feel threatened, so be careful. Do not bother them, for I have given them all the hill country around Mount Seir as their property, and I will not give you even one square foot of their land. If you need food to eat or water to drink, pay them for it. For the LORD your God has blessed you in everything you have done. He has watched your every step through this great wilderness. During these forty years, the LORD your God has been with you, and you have lacked nothing.”’”

Wandering in the desert without Gods guiddance would be dangerous cause of the wars and pagan and dangerous peoples, so they took longer, and also, the desert is huge, and there were too many people, kids, women, animal, men, elders, to be able to actually go fast. But that's not the main reason. They were rebel so God punished them, thats why it took so long. One year of wandering for every day the spies stayed there: 40. God didnt leave them tho
