If you finance a film and keep the lion’s share of the rights, you can make money. But Nikhil points out that most people who invest in movies don’t. His guest’s answer is that for most of them, it’s a passion. They just want to be part of the film world.

In movies, the money isn’t in the film. It’s in owning it.
