The main reason why Jean has the live triangle BS is because she is 2 mutants. There is the Jean side and the Pheonix side. Both sides need a man, but the guys want the same side. It is a weird scenario, but it is a thing.

Ya they were. So were the OG Spiderman movies. People thst try and tell you otherwise are the type favor nostalgia over everything. The best older X movie was Days of Future Past.

P.S. The Jean x Cyclops x Logan triangle has been a thing since the 70s-80s. In the Krakoan era they had a legit Throuple with Clops and Logan being total cool with each other and their mutual feelings towards Jean. I think Logan even had a room at the Summers house on the moon.

I don't understand your juggernaut comment. People complained that in X-Men 3 Juggernaut and Professor X had no personal relationship, but in the cartoon and the comics they're stepbrothers. I personally don't think it's a big deal, but it is a legit inconsistency. So your claim that haters complained about them being Brothers doesn't make any sense.

Either way, the fox X-Men movies are some of the first legitimate superhero films and deserve a lot of credit for the entire genre. That being said, I'm looking forward to the MCU's interpretation of the characters and hopefully they'll be more comic book accurate.

I’m looking forward to the MCU version also. I’m sure they will be comic accurate. As for the brother comment, im just saying what I’ve heard or even read over the years. Never said it was accurate. Just something I wanted to bring up

Days of the future past was my favorite X-men movie for sure. I think nostalgia is a hell of a drug but I don’t think we can discount what the older movies did for the genre

The love triangle is crazy because I see everywhere that people hate it but it’s existed for that long. It’s wild

I thought people didn't like how dirty they did Juggernaut in X3. He wasn't Charles' step-brother, the costume was crap, he said a youtube meme "I'm the Juggernaut bitch!", and he got beat too easy.

The love triangle being a problem seems like a newer complaint. Wolverine has feelings for Jean in most iterations of X-men
