Arab World's Greatest Minds

One mind per country, placed by where they were born, worked or lived, not by ethnicity. Which country did we miss?
Iraq: al-Khwarizmi (c. 780–850) worked at Baghdad's House of Wisdom; Latin "Algoritmi" gave us the word algorithm. (He is generally thought to come from Khwarazm, south of the Aral Sea.)
Egypt: Ibn al-Haytham, from Basra, did his major work in Cairo and gave the first experimental and mathematical analysis of the camera obscura, the "dark chamber" behind every camera.
Syria: Ibn al-Nafis of Damascus described blood passing through the lungs around 1240, about three centuries before Servetus (1553).
Lebanon: Hassan Kamel al-Sabbah of Nabatieh filed a patent for the electrical transmission of moving pictures in 1925 (US 1,747,988, filed under the name Camille A. Sabbah, assigned to General Electric), one of dozens. He died in a car accident in New York State in 1935.
Tunisia: Ibn Khaldun of Tunis wrote in his Muqaddimah (1377) that late dynasties raise large assessments and collect small revenue, an idea Arthur Laffer credited.
Morocco: al-Idrisi, born in Ceuta (a Spanish city today, claimed by Morocco), finished the Tabula Rogeriana for King Roger II of Sicily in 1154, with south at the top.
Saladin: born in Tikrit, of Kurdish origin, first sultan of Egypt and Syria, ruled from Cairo and Damascus, buried in Damascus. Egypt's flag carries the "Eagle of Saladin" (the attribution is traditional, not confirmed by historical sources).
