any way this is how to make panner tikka
ingredients
curd 1½ cup
salt to taste
black pepper ½ tbsp
red chilli powder ½ tbsp
tumeric ½ tbsp
coriander powder 1 tbsp
cumin powder ⅓tbsp
garam massala ( optional) 1 tbsp
dry mango powder ¹ tbsp
( or 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2tbdp gram flour
2 tbsp oil
dried Fenugreek leaf 1 tbsp
panner 150 gms( tofu for substitution)
onion 1 cubbed
tomato 1 cubbed
bell pepper 1 cubbed
now in a mixing bowl take the curd n spices mix every thing,
add the hot oil ( not cold smoking hot)
add the flour and mix until it thickens into a thick batter
add the panner n veges, n mix , let the veges coat evenly
optional: in a bowl take hot charcoal cinamon butter, put in the marinate bowl n cover
put aside for atleast 1 hour
now skewers the veges n panner and toast on grill, microwave, air fryer , pan
top with butter n lemon juice n enjoy hot
