We’re BACK, baby! 🎃👻 I know I skipped a week, but we’re picking right back up on October 16th! And today’s movie is one of the BIGGEST reasons I was scared of clowns growing up!

STEPHEN KING’S IT — STARRING THE ONE AND ONLY, LEGENDARY TIM CURRY AS PENNYWISE! 🎈🤡

Now, let me tell y’all something. This movie didn’t just scare me as a kid. THIS CLOWN HAD ME FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE IN MY OWN DAMN HOUSE! 😭😂

The original IT follows a group of friends known as the Losers’ Club, who encounter a terrifying shape-shifting entity that often appears as Pennywise the Dancing Clown. The story follows them as children and later as adults when they reunite to confront the evil that haunted their childhood.

And BABY, TIM CURRY WAS NOT PLAYING! That smile, those eyes, that voice, and that creepy-ass laugh? STRAIGHT NIGHTMARE FUEL! 🎈😳

I’m talking about this movie being one of the reasons I was a PROFESSIONAL BEDWETTER growing up! 😂😭 I said what I said!

Me and my cousins watched this movie for the first time, and we were so terrified that we had to sit downstairs watching cartoons for ONE OR TWO HOURS just to build up enough courage to go upstairs to bed!

And looking back, I don’t even know why we didn’t just sleep in the basement! 😂 But then again, that basement had about three different rooms, and after watching Pennywise, every single one of them probably looked haunted!

PART ONE AND PART TWO HAD ME STRESSED! That clown was living rent-free in my childhood nightmares!

🎈 WOULD TIMMY SURVIVE?

HELL NO! 😂😭

If I see a red balloon floating down the street, I’m going the OTHER direction. If I hear somebody laughing in a storm drain, I’m calling the police. And if Pennywise tells me, “We all float down here”…

🎬 If you’ve never watched the original Stephen King’s IT with Tim Curry, you NEED to check it out! This is a horror classic that left a whole generation looking at clowns differently. And even watching it again as an adult, you can appreciate just how unforgettable Tim Curry’s performance really is.
