YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING is absolutely GROUNDBREAKING! Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim have created an extraordinary A24 documentary exploring Elizabeth Holmes and the complicated world surrounding Theranos.
From its shocking final hour to its immersive filmmaking, this documentary left me SPEECHLESS! Could it make history with a Best Picture Oscar nomination? I genuinely think it deserves one!
Here's why YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING is a must-see theatrical experience!

Dude is evil but is packing.
The manipulation and dynamics between Elizabeth and Billy is a blueprint for the way that the wealthy and powerful create a kind of cycle of blind spots, deniability, and misunderstandings in order to avoid accountability.
The self delusion and shifting justifications and the convenient amnesia that Elizabeth and Billy navigate are actually carefully constructed to produce deniability and to control perception of them.
One thing I noticed was that they invited Nathan to stay with them and "see everything". At a cozy seaside cottage where they will protect an image of a loving family in the hopes that those that see the doc will be able to relate to them. Later Nathan says they had rented the place. Obviously we can speculate that the rented beach house and the focus they had on their kids and "being a family" is a deliberate attempt to craft a desired public opinion of them
You see what I mean everything they showed Nathan and his cameras is a carefully constructed attempt at PR and damage control and you can see the mask slip about halfway through the movie, after the beach house.
Damn that ish was pretty good. I'll see it again for sure. Maybe when I can stream it cause got dang that was a long one. I feel like it could have been trimmed down to be honest, please don't shoot me for that opinion lol
