Just because she's a woman doesn't mean he doesn't need to be prepared if she does get aggressive and try to attack him

@AlysonClifton right and even if she did attack them which seems very unlikely given her body language, you think they should just shoot an unarmed woman? Lmao

@AlysonCliftonshe’s obviously unarmed & not carrying anything, they just saw the contents of her purse spill on the floor. like seriously there would be absolutely no reason to shoot her.

She was worked up and had adrenaline rushing through her body. Women have lifted cars by themselves to save their child. Gender has nothing to do with it. A woman protecting her baby is terrifying.

The actress that has the baby in this episode looks like Brittney Snow I think it is her because she did a great job playing as Donna in Prom Night

hospitals are mandated reporters they werent aware of the medicated wipes they did the right thing and then quickly righted the wrong as soon as they were made aware nothing wrong with what they did, besides the investigation that would have followed would have cleared her anyway

@CupiC-e7nmandated only if they know she's being abused. One random incident is not enough to mandate a report. It however is enough to actually research which is their job and try to find the root of the problem and eliminate all other venues BEFORE jumping to conclusions and stealing people's children. Ijs most abusers are not taking their children to hospitals first sign of a problem. Also the foster system wouldn't have cleared her. That case would sit in the courts for years abd the mother may never see her child again if this was reality.

@T@Terri2468u cannot possibly tell who is a “real” versus a “fake” abuser. We have had plenty of cases at our hospital where abusers are obvious and those who are not obvious. A child cannot advocate for themselves, and a positive test is a positive test. Therefore as a mandated reporter, it unfortunately comes down to situations where we must follow the clues and results we are given to secure the safety of the child. You cannot investigate always everything BEFORE “jumping to conclusions”. It’s a TV show and this is a best case scenario it’s some wipes, however it’s truly not like that in the real world. While you try to narrow a cause, a real mother has gone AMA with her child she’s feeding alcohol mixed formula to because she’s unstable.

@happysnappy07there's no such thing as a fake abuser but there is a thing as a false allegations. That leads to lawsuits. Thats another reason to eliminate all other venues BEFORE calling cps without any significant evidence. And yeah it is like that in the real world sometimes worse. and obviously I'm aware its a tv show.
