Jason Flemyng played Jekyll and Hyde and it took 8 hours minimum to get him into the Hyde make-up and costume and on one day, that he wasn't supposed to be filming, they mixed up his call sheet and he and the FX team spent 8 hours getting him into character, only to find out he wasn't filming that day at all.
Needless to say neither he, nor the FX crew, Steve Johnson's Edge FX, were thrilled to find out they'd spent all that time for nothing, plus it took about 3 hours to get him out of the make-up and special suit ๐ฑ
