I always felt that scene (a chair with a hole in it and a rope to whack Bond's private parts) seems cheap and tacky compared to Goldfinger's laser bench. The music, r close up of Connery sweating, Goldfinger's casual nonchalanxe and the classic line "I don't expect you to talk, I expect you to die" make that film far more memorable.
