@GraysonDillard-u2tnah he was doomed to begin with. Maul was just too op at that time and his style(Juyo) was a perfect counter for Qui Gonn's Ataru. It wasnt his mastery that got him killed, it was his feeble human body. Ataru will tire you out in a promonged fight!

Not sure if fully true but Liam Neeson had just finished up Rob Roy and had some solid sword fighting skills. Problem was he had to unlearn some moves because he was using techniques that involved grabbing or holding the blade

This footage is actually sped up, they were fast and the scene in the movie was slowed down but the actual behind the scenes footage isn’t even this fast. People are taking the footage and speeding it up to the point where you can see that it’s inhumanly possible to go that fast. People are out here trying to get big on a fact but by posting content that isn’t actually true because they’ve altered the actual footage…

This is one of the reasons why they moved so fast in the prequels and OT, they used these light, dense sticks that could be whipped around really fast.

The problem with them is that actually applying the proper lighting in post was difficult and never came out right according to the fx team, so in the sequels they gave them whole lights to use instead, resulting in slower movement, but a more natural lighting.
