A tree can’t stand firm if its roots are hurt. In this short video, learn to read, pronounce, and understand a meaningful Arabic sentence:
عالِجِ الجُذُورَ لِكَيْ تَسْتَقِرَّ الشَّجَرَةُ وَتَثْبُتَ
ʿāliji l-judhūra li-kay tastaqirra ash-shajaratu wa-tathbuta
“Heal the root so the tree is stable.”
🌳 The message: real stability comes from fixing the cause at its base, not the surface.
📖 Word by word:
عالِجِ (ʿāliji): heal, treat
الجُذُورَ (al-judhūra): the roots
لِكَيْ (li-kay): so that
تَسْتَقِرَّ (tastaqirra): it becomes stable
الشَّجَرَةُ (ash-shajaratu): the tree
وَتَثْبُتَ (wa-tathbuta): and stands firm
🎧 How to practice: watch once, then pause on each word card and repeat out loud. The Arabic is fully vowelled (with tashkeel) so you can see exactly how each word is pronounced.
