One evening in kenya our neighbours were sitting outside in the common verandah while having drinks. Since we all were Indians residing in that building hence were always sharing food and sitting together. That day They were baking pizza in half a dozen triangular baking trays which have lids on them. They kept them on the barbecue coals and put some coals on top of trays too. In ten minutes all the slices were ready and all had different toppings. They were crisp at the bottom and melting on the cheese side. I had pizzas all over the world but that pizza was unique and was totally different.
