Professor X's psychic powers paralyze everyone in the casino, forcing Wolverine to rescue him and the little girl and continue their journey.
They find a farmer who takes them in, but a deadly clone of Wolverine attacks, killing Professor X and the farmer's family and kidnapping the little girl.
Wolverine fights the clone but is overpowered, and after the farmer sacrifices himself, Wolverine escapes with the girl while the villains rescue the clone and help him heal.
