Dude there is NO way Heat 2 will hold a candle to this.

I just hope it isn't tragically bad, but I think making a sequel to a perfect movie is a terrible idea. Unless it's literally a "part 2" released like a year later (like Godfather II or Dune 2 etc)

@W__itYouTube

It's based on a book written by Michael Mann, who directed the first one and is also directing Heat 2... it should be in good hands. I also saw people talking pretty highly of the book, saying it actually is a good story and that it works as a sequel/prequel

@Mr.Magic_GadgetYouTube

It’s so bad 1st of all , why he open the door ansr: Hollywood , 2 “don’t move with a gun pointed at his head “ he proceeds. To move not 1 but 2,steps back then Turns around slowly ( yeah right in real life He done instant like milk ) but it’s Hollywood not gonna happen .

👍 12026/10/15

@xxczerxxYouTube

@W__itIt is a very good book. However, if I recall right it's set just slightly before, and right after Heat 1 so there's already some continuity friction. I was always firmly thinking of Heat 1's actors and visual aspects when reading the book

@KenLee-123 "if the rule he followed brought him to this, of what use was that rule?"

👍 02026/10/19

@OneBigWoRLdYouTube

@marcob2137nope! He broke his rule when he went back to kill Waingro

If he had followed his rule then, he wouldn't had put himself in the situation with Pacino because Pacino thought he was already gone and he was never going to find him.

So he didn't follow his rule! He broke it! Even if it hurts you. 🤫🤫🤫

👍 22026/10/19

@marcob2137YouTube

@OneBigWoRLd sorry, sweetie. Watch Heat again. DeNiro got attached to her. "Never get attached to something you are not willing to walk away from in 30 seconds or less if you spot the heat around the corner." He spots Al Pacino coming around the corner. Count the seconds from when he sees Al Pacino and takes off. It's 30 seconds almost exactly. He followed his own rule. He walked away and still lost. Do better next time, hun. 🤗
