The ''one day I'll learn Arabic'' trap

The “One day I’ll learn Arabic InshaAllah” trap is one of the fastest ways that Muslims never learn Arabic.

I saw this PERSONALLY because when I accepted Islam, many people around me said this. One day they’ll learn or once they “get a few things together” then they’ll start.

These are the same people who are still at that phase.

But what did I do?

I jumped straight in.

Unready, unprepared, not knowing the first thing about what I was doing.

And this is the reason that I’m now able to TEACH Arabic to students who want to walk the same path.

The fear of not feeling ready can block you from accomplishing so much as a Muslim.

Our Lord is Allah, and when you put your trust in Him you will find many doors opening up that you might not have even thought about.
